Be The Good Fundraiser Sweatshirt

The past few days have felt so heavy. All the violence happening across the states is heartbreaking. Children not going home to their families, a father and husband no longer able to share God’s word, even attacks against the elderly in our own community… it’s all just so senseless. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a mom now, but it’s hitting me differently, and it’s been weighing on my heart.

This isn’t about politics. It’s about people, love, and choosing to be the good in a world that feels so dark. I wanted to find a way we could do something positive together, so here’s what I came up with:

Scripture says in 1 Peter 3:9–11:
“Do not repay evil with evil or insult with insult. On the contrary, repay evil with blessing… For, ‘Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.’”

My hope is that this sweatshirt can be more than just something to wear but a reminder that even in hard times, we can still choose to seek peace, spread kindness, and be the good.
